135 East Hyogo Dry Gin 0.7L 42%

135 East Hyogo Dry Gin is made at the Kaikyo distillery, named after the Akashi meridian, which is thought to pass by the distillery in Akashi, Japan. It is produced by discontinuous distillation using Far Eastern ingredients, along with juniper and other traditional London dry gin herbs. Carefully tasting the flavor profile of over 50 herbs, Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezawa will choose to combine 3 traditional, European herbs and 5 authentic Japanese herbs, creating the 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin.

Cedar wood, Shiso leaf, chrysanthemum, sansho pepper and yuzu, will be perfectly combined with the European ones, thus giving the 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin a special character. The juniper will dominate the aromas, with cedar and ginger accompanying it, while in the taste the juniper will be accompanied by strong notes of chrysanthemum and citrus, leading us to a distant and intense aftertaste, with the ginger prevailing, giving a spicy note. Enjoy it with tonic and lemon as a long drink or create your favorite cocktails.
