Master of Malts, Craig Wilson, will carefully select the malt whiskys and mix them, before letting them mature into American and European ex-wine, ex-sherry and ex-bourbon oak barrels, thus acquiring special characteristics.

Speyburn Hopkins Reserve comes to us from the famous Speyside of Scotland and specifically from the Speyburn Distillery. The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and built by John Hopkins in 1897. The Speyburn Hopkins Reserve is a tribute to the founder of the distillery and is of course named after him.

Talisker Skye is produced in Scotland and the island of Skye, where the Talisker distillery is located and is in fact the only one on the island. It has been operating for about 200 years and they definitely know how to create a unique malt whiskey.
