A special red wine made from Pinot Meunier from the Mosel. As usual from Gunther Steinmetz, we have a wine with amazing balance. Full-bodied with fine tannins and medium acidity. Aromatically, you will distinguish red fruits, such as cherry, spices, such as pepper, and flowers, such as rose. Long, delicious and silky aftertaste. Delightful at an amazing price. Enjoy it with duck, rabbit and pasta with red sauce.

Gunther Steinmetz is a master of balance in his red wines. A stunning Pinot Noir from the Moselle that has a Burgundian style in terms of finesse. With medium body and noticeable tannins complemented by refreshing acidity in the mouth. On the nose, aromas of plums, strawberry, spices such as pepper and a subtle hint of wood and smoke. Ideally, you can enjoy it now or from 2025 and for several years with tuna, mushrooms (roasted or risotto), truffle recipes, duck or veal Bourguignon.

Another delicious, fruity Spatlese from Gunther Steinmetz. Aromas of peach, apricot, apple, mango, grapefruit and lemon. In the mouth, the crisp and refreshing acidity makes it a very balanced wine. The finish is long and delicious. Enjoy it now or in a few years with all vegetables, sashimi, nori rolls, fried or grilled fish, Chinese cuisine and grilled chicken or pork.

Fruity Riesling with a dominant aroma of Mirabelle plum. With a full and rich body, refreshing acidity that makes it a very balanced wine. You can age it or enjoy it now, accompanied by salads, seafood, fish, sushi, fried chicken or pork.

Amazing dry Riesling. The word that characterizes it is refinement. Aromatically it has mineral notes complemented by flowers, herbs, peach, apple and citrus fruits, such as lemon. Balanced white wine with crisp acidity and a very long, elegant aftertaste. Accompany it with fine seafood, white fish, sushi, ceviche, salads and mild soft cheeses.

White sweet Riesling. Despite its sugars, its acidity does not allow it to be astringent. Medium to full-bodied. Its aromas will remind you of white flowers, tangerine, passion fruit and pear. Its aftertaste is amazing. This elegant wine has great aging potential. A meditative wine that can accompany spicy food, such as Thai, Mexican or Indian cuisine, tropical dishes with fresh fruits, foie gras or a nice light white dessert.

Amazing Kabinett. Theoretically, a light Riesling, but not the real thing. Concentrated, robust, but very elegant. Quite mineral on the nose, with ripe Golden apples, white peaches, Mirabelle plums and herbs. Semi-sweet, but its acidity and slightly salty feel create a very attractive wine. Accompany it with salads, simple or more complex, with meat and various dressings. It can be combined with sweet and sour dishes and, for the more adventurous, even with a beef steak.

A wonderful dry Riesling. Aromas of white peach, unripe pineapple, herbs and flint. Then, a savory mouthfeel (delicious) with notes of lime, pear and perhaps honey. The aftertaste is long. A wine with aging potential. If you want to enjoy it now, accompany it with salads, raw seafood, sushi, sashimi, ceviche and grilled fish.

Wonderful dry Riesling from the Moselle. Charming aromas of stone fruit (apricot), exotic fruit (mango) and citrus (grapefruit) are balanced by an elegant mouthfeel. Delicious and long aftertaste with mineral notes. Enjoy now or in a few years, accompanied by salads, vegetables, salmon, seafood, fish, chicken and soft cheeses.

Top wine, imposing. Beautiful lemon color with seductive aromas of apricot, Mirabelle plum, lemon, mint and white flowers. Full-bodied in the mouth, followed by the aromas of the nose, plus some mineral notes with surprising finesse. Long and somewhat salty aftertaste. Extremely balanced. The wine has great aging potential. Enjoy it with pork, roasted chicken, turkey, fish and seafood.
