A rich, juicy red wine, with a deep ruby color, strong and expressive aromas, which combine ripe berry notes with touches of pepper. Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Quercus is the winery's flagship wine. Produced from a single plot in Vina Ocana, the best and oldest vineyard plot of Quinta de Quercus Estate at altitude 800m. Intense nose, combining attractive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with a tertiary complexity of fine oak that lends notes of spice and clove. Full and juicy on the palate, lively and fresh, with great length and precision. Beautiful texture with muscular yet velvety, fine tannins. Accompany premium beef cuts and grilled meats.
