An exuberant, red wine, which has aged for four years and is made from three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Xinomavro. It ages in oak barrels for two years and another two years in bottles. It is characterized by its intense, deep red color, and by complex and spicy aromas of ripe fruits and vanilla. Rich and full in the mouth with ripe tannins and a long aftertaste. A noble wine with a rich character and a delicious complexity. The possible presence of sediment is due to the natural clarity of the wine and its long-term evolution. Accompany premium veal or beef cuts or game.

Bright, crystalline, with slightly greenish highlights and pale-yellow color. Intense, rich nose, typical of the variety with aromas of citrus, peach and melon notes at the end. Full in the mouth with excellent balance and finesse. The lively but elegant acidity supports the flavor intensity and contributes to the long-lasting aroma. Accompany seafood, green salads and aromatic recipes such as pork with leeks.

On the nose a complex and clean aroma of ripe red fruits, cedar, chocolate, caramel, with notes of spices at the end. With a rich body, intense and exuberant taste, balanced acidity and well-worked tannins that give a long aftertaste and great aging potential. Match it with grilled meats, barbecue or dishes with rich red sauces.

Produced by the process of bleeding, where the marc stays in the phase of pre-fermentation extraction for 4-6 hours, until the color potential we want develops. In the color of a rose, with iridescent reflections. On the nose, an aromatic palette with notes of cherry, wild strawberry, rose and butter caramel. With discreet acidity and an expressive aftertaste.Accompany pasta with red sauces, Greek traditional dishes, grilled meats or a pizza with pepperoni.

This wine is made from sun-dried grapes of the Moschato Mavro Tyrnavos variety which is cultivated in the fertile and warm land of Thessaly. It is a sweet wine that _locks_ in the sun and flavors, due to its natural way of dehydration and its stay in oak barrels for two years. A well-made dessert wine with a unique identity and the characteristic name. Accompany dried fruits or traditional Greek spoon sweets or desserts like baklava and kadaifi.
