    Akashi Red 0.5L 40%

    Akashi Red is a whiskey created at Eigashima White Oak Distillery, the first Japanese distillery licensed to produce whiskey in 1919. Like all Akashi, it is produced under the watch of a Toji (grand master in technology sake), applying various methodologies in its production process. For the production of this blend whiskey, 30% malt barley and 70% wheat will be used, while its maturation lasts at least 5 years, 3 of them in Hogsheads and 2 in white oak barrels

    The aromas of Akashi Red are rich and fruity, with notes of peach, grape, almond and vanilla prevailing in the smell. In taste, vanilla, ginger and tobacco will prevail, with strong notes of peach, grape, caramel and spices to accompany them. Akashi Red aftertaste is persistent, with the spices dominating and accompanied by caramel, grapes and tobacco, thus occupying our palate for a while. Taste it with ice and enjoy it with very good company.
