Alain Jaume Chateauneuf du Pape "Vieilles Vignes" '19 BIO 0.75L

This wine has an inky purple color and a wonderful aroma of black fruit, charcoal and graphite, as well as blackberry and a sweet note of dates. The palate has excellent fruit. Its tannins are lively and it has a delicious finish, where tar and charcoal are easily discernible. This wine has incredible aging potential and will benefit from your patience. We advise a consumption between 3 and 30 years after the harvest. Accompany roast pork, veal, lamb and mushroom recipes. It is better to be transfused if it is young, up to 5-6 years.

The Jaume family has been dedicated to the art of viticulture since 1826. Their goal, as winemakers, is to produce, with care and love, wines that are intense, rich and complex and that reflect and embody the wonderful terroir of the south Rhone Valley.

Their labels bear the "Alain Jaume" stamp, humbly but also with some pride, as their name represents the guarantee of continuous commitment to the satisfaction of wine lovers. Fundamental to their approach to viticulture is the commitment to respect the soil, the vines and the health and ripeness of the grapes, which are a necessary condition for the production of great wines.
