Thanks to the knowledge and experience of Giannis Tselepos, but also the amazing properties of the Moschofilero variety, this sparkling wine shook the Greek market in the late 90's. The Tselepos winery was founded in 1989, when Giannis and Amalia, equipped with their passion and vision, began to make quality wine and something new in the field of Greek wine. Today they can be proud after they managed to make their dreams come true and offer a lot in the field of wine.

For the production of Amalia Brut the base wine is made early harvested and the classic method of Champagne is used, second fermentation in the bottle and periodic stirring of the bottles by hand (batonage). The result is an elegant, sparkling wine, with a light yellow-green color and delicate bubbles.

Aromas of lemon blossom and honey are the ones that we will immediately notice in Amalia Brut, accompanied by notes of bun and rose. Dry taste, with a nice texture and a long aftertaste will complete the profile of Amalia Brut, making it ideal as an accompaniment to soft cheeses, seafood and sushi.
