It is a wine with a white-yellow color, characteristic aroma of melon, bergamot, pear, bitter orange, kumquat and green apple. Its body is full combined with a refreshing acidity and its aftertaste is fruity and refreshing. Enjoy with seafood and shellfish, green salads, vegetable risotto and lemon pasta.

Vine cultivation was a tradition for the Bairaktari family that passed from one generation to another, thus learning to take care of the land and its fruits with undivided love and affection. In 2005, however, Christos Bairaktaris decided to give a more modern form to this family tradition. This is how the Bairaktari Estate was born.

It is a family business that was based on its own vineyards, firmly rooted in the Nemea plain, where the wonderful ecosystem and microclimate of the area, combined with the clayey, fertile soil, gives the famous great wines of Nemea. The Bairaktari Estate invests in quality and in cultivating the idea of the vine and wine as a cultural asset.
