3/.13 symbolizes the certification of protected designation for semi-sweet Agiorgitiko even before the establishment of PDO zones. It is essentially a short expression of the composition of the ideal semi-sweet from Agiorgitiko, which should have 13% alcohol and 3 Baume residual sugars.

It is a lively and at the same time aged red wine with fresh aromas of strawberry and plum which, together with a strong acidity, make it an ideal accompaniment for sweet and savory meals. Its aftertaste is relatively long lasting. It accompanies roasts with sweet sauces, fruit and chocolate-based desserts.

Vine cultivation was a tradition for the Bairaktari family that passed from one generation to another, thus learning to take care of the land and its fruits with undivided love and affection.
