Juicy acidity balances the richness from the barrel fermentation and lees aging, providing a satisfyingly dry and long finish. A perfect accompaniment with most seafood dishes, the 2016 Pride and Glory will marry beautifully with crayfish barbequed over coals, served on a charred fennel salad with a lemon infused olive oil dressing.

Fragrant aromas of ripe apple, citrus blossom and roasted almonds combine with a generous lift of toasty oak and a hint of gun smoke. Charred stone fruit with a mealy and creamy richness derived from barrel fermentation provide the framework for this full-bodied wine, structurally tied together with a precise line of lush acidity leading into a long, lingering finish.

This deliciously complex wine will be a great partner to pan-roasted deep sea fish, finished with brown butter and sage, served with celeriac puree and a simple green salad.

Charming aromas of candied citrus, ripe peach and honeysuckle are supported by subtle oak notes. The luscious palate demonstrates stone fruit and grapefruit pith complemented by a hint of praline from the extended time in oak and lees stirring. Partial malolactic fermentation has helped to soften the palate while the residual acidity extends the wine to a salivating dry finish.

The King's Bastard Chardonnay pairs well with most white meats, pork and seafood. Try it with crispy pork belly with celeriac puree and seared wild greens.

Protos '27 with the original label from the first bottle ever released by Protos, is a tribute to those 11 visionaries who founded Protos in 1927. It is produced from 100% Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) from old vineyards of Burgos province which were planted 50 years ago. After fermentation, it matures for 16 months in new French barrels and 12 months in bottles.

It has an intense red color with violet hues, it is elegant, with fresh aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, vanilla, cedar and coconut. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, a very balanced and easy-drinking wine, with round tannins, a long and very pleasant aftertaste. Enjoy it with BBQ, lamb, stews and even seafood with strong red sauces.

Protos Crianza makes you taste the "terroir" of Ribera del Duero in every sip, taking you on a journey through a timeless region. Produced from 30 and 35-year-old Tempranillo grapes from the Burgos and Valladolid vineyards, its fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and its maturation lasts 12 months in French and American barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

This is a cherry-colored wine with purple highlights that suggest youth. The nose is dominated by a high aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe fruit well integrated with aromas of tobacco, sweet spices and pleasant toasted notes. It is a wine with well-integrated tannins, complex, tasty, balanced, full-bodied and elegant. Finally, the aftertaste is reminiscent of ripe fruit. Petit Verdot is a variety with a strong personality and enormous quality potential. It is best known for its presence in small proportion in the blends of the great wines of the Medoc. It needs sunshine and heat to fully ripen and is well adapted to the Douro to produce a varietal wine with an exuberant character.

Very concentrated and dense, this wine presents a deep red color. The nose is intense with aromas of black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant, spices, pepper and hints of cedar. In the mouth it is even richer and full of fruit. This is a wonderful, fresh, bright and fruity wine with good structure and acidity that will charm you!
