An elegant and sophisticated wine showing the fruit intensity, purity of the aromas and acidity of the high-altitude vineyards. Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. Very round on the palate with a velvety texture, showing remarkable freshness and great persistence. Enjoy it with burgers, premium beef cuts and rich recipes!

Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Quercus is the winery's flagship wine. Produced from a single plot in Vina Ocana, the best and oldest vineyard plot of Quinta de Quercus Estate at altitude 800m. Intense nose, combining attractive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with a tertiary complexity of fine oak that lends notes of spice and clove. Full and juicy on the palate, lively and fresh, with great length and precision. Beautiful texture with muscular yet velvety, fine tannins. Accompany premium beef cuts and grilled meats.
