The Cuvee Grand Cru Collection Privee is designed for your tasting pleasure. It comes in a limited edition and each bottle is numbered and the date it was laid into the cellar is indicated. In the glass, a trail of fine bubbles lights up the surface. It gives off a rich and fresh visual sensation. The nose is characterized by blended notes of citrus, biscuit, dried fruit and torrefaction. In the mouth, the wine develops an ample and unctuous substance. The finale is supported by a beautiful freshness.

Cuvee Millesimee elegantly expresses the richness of our terroir, revealing its marine touch. It is an excellent champagne, intended for tastings and fine gastronomy. The nose conveys aromas of honey, mashed pear, quince and red fruits, combined with an intense minerality. The soft taste is reminiscent of rich ripe fruit, while its intensity and freshness structure its evolution in the mouth. The finish is full and harmonious, suggesting an excellent champagne. It has excellent value for money.

This rich and elegant Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru ideally complements a cocktail party or a gastronomic meal. Its complexity proves a match for the finest delicacies. The colour is a rich crystalline gold. The nose opens up with notes of fig, prune and pineapple. On tasting, the wine is rich, fleshy and velvety. It is beautifully vivacious as well as vinous. This soft rose champagne with its delicate aromas, is ideal with appetizers and first courses, it is light and airy on the palate. Visually, it has a soft, tender and bright pink color. Cuvee Signature Grand Cru reflects the true identity of the house. Its distinct aromatic structure is combined with the minerality of a great terroir. The nose combines aromas of stewed pears and peaches, with a touch of anise. The foam is creamy and smooth on the palate. Aromas of red and yellow fruit mingle with a minerality that brings out the underlying salinity.

After the selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C, a technique that produces subtle aromas that are particularly pleasing to the palate. It has a bright straw yellow color and very fine and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas of acacia and gentian with a light herbal note of sage and mint as well as aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and yellow apple make their presence felt. This wine is excellent as an aperitif but also for the whole meal with risotto and shellfish.

This wine is made from organically grown Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and vinified using the Charmat method. Staffilo Prosecco Rose has a light powder-pink color with many fine bubbles that enhance its brightness. With the first sip, elegant floral aromas of rose petal, peony and fruits such as raspberry, lychee and papaya are noticeable. It is delicate on the palate, refined, fresh, crisp and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif but also suitable for the whole meal, especially with fresh salmon, crayfish and crabs. Ideal with tempura prawns and salad with fennel and orange.

The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.
