The color of Konstantaras Rose Dry BIO is light salmon, with some orange, onion highlights. Beautifully aromatic, floral nose of red rose but also red fruits reminiscent of strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry and cherry and is completed by subtle hints of caramel. In the mouth it is provocative and expressive, exuberant with crisp fresh red fruit, thirst-quenching acidity, balanced body and a fruity aftertaste that lingers and accentuates the aromas of the nose. Konstantaras Rose Dry BIO is a fine and elegant rose food wine, which famously accompanies fresh seafood dishes, such as lobster, crab or even shrimps with whitish sauce. It combines harmoniously with Asian cuisine, grilled fish with fatty flesh, but also fish cooked in the oven with herbs (rosemary, parsley or even thyme), chicken and pork with white sauces, grilled vegetables and asparagus.
