Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. Winemaker Pasquale Presutto created this Tuscan blend from international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged in second-use French barrique barrels for 12 months. Before being released on the market, Apricaia remains in the bottle for another 4 months.

The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.

The wine takes its name from the extension of its vineyard of origin, highlighting the close bond that binds each bottle of the estate and each individual vineyard. The varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, the winemaker Pasquale Presutto and the Castelnuovo Berardenga region give us this wine.

Varvaglione Papale Oro is an impressively generous and rich wine with an intense red color. Aromas of fruit jam, black cherry, cassis, plum smoke, spices and a round and playful mouth are some of the elements that characterize it. The aromas of the nose continue in the mouth leaving notes of dark chocolate, licorice, mint and coffee. The aftertaste is long and a little sweet and reminds of caramel and Turkish delight. Varvaglione Tatu is a very interesting wine from Southern Italy that, in addition to the Primitivo variety, also has 10% Aglianico.
