For the production of Dryopi Reserve Estate Red Dry, the grapes will go through the process of classic winemaking, at controlled temperatures, from the beginning to the end. They will then be aged in French oak barrels (70% new and 30% second-hand) for 12 months, before being bottled and aged in the bottle for another 6 months.

Aromas of red fruits will immediately stand out in Dryopi Reserve Estate Red Dry, accompanied by notes of green pepper and eucalyptus. In the mouth it is rich, soft and with ripe tannins, while its aftertaste is long and velvety. It can accompany ideal dishes such as T-bone stake and rooster wine with spaghetti.
