    El Supremo 8 Year Old 0,7L

    El Supremo 8 Year Old is a wonderful rum from Paraguay and the Capasa distillery. Its main ingredient, as in all rum, is molasses. This one is of exceptional quality and many even compare it with molasses, which can be found in the West Indies. This rum will mature for 4 years in barrels from a very aromatic, pink wood, which they call incensio and then it will mature for another 4 years in French, oak barrels.

    After all these procedures it will be bottled and will come to us with rich aromas of butter, molasses and vanilla, accompanied by notes of spices and honey. In the taste the spices, vanilla and cinnamon will dominate, accompanied by notes of walnut and caramel, leading us to a long and persistent aftertaste, with the spices, caramel and molasses to prevail and occupy our palate for quite long.
