Tement Ried Sulz Morillon will surely become your new love! It comes from a deep, chalk-marl clay soil, which is called "Opok" in this area. The highest point is 490 meters above sea level and works best for wines full of finesse meant for long life, like this one!

This wine consists of the Morillon grape variety, which is internationally known as Chardonnay. The unique and rare Zierege terroir, produced a rare and unique wine rated 94 by Robert Parker and '96 by James Suckling. It is an elegant, imposing, aromatic, juicy and delicious wine that can age well and will surely amaze you!

Notes of fully ripe citrus, some lychee and black currant make this wine hard and mineral. It's exciting from the very first sip. Citric, salty and endlessly long, attractive when young, irresistible when aged. The vineyard in which it is grown is located at sea level 330 - 490 meters with exposure south to southwest. The "Zieregg" vineyard is heavily influenced by this characteristic subsoil and offers deep and elegant wines with great structure, character and great aging potential.

It is the most signature wine of the winery that wants to express as best as possible the character of the people, the variety and the land of Styria (Steiermark). It is a wine that comes from organic cultivation and manual harvesting and leaves refreshing notes of citrus fruits, local yellow fruits, elder flower and black currant. Tement Sauvignon Blanc Kalk & Kreide Sudsteiermark is minerally and straightforward and will definitely make you crave the next sip!

Only the best Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Franc grapes are selected during harvest for Perpiero's blend. All grapes are picked by hand and vinified separately. The color of this wine is an intense, lively ruby ??with purple hues and its aromas are reminiscent of black cherry, raspberry, bay leaf, black currant and an elegant coating of cinnamon, hazelnut praline and vanilla. Intense, full-bodied on the palate, with sweet berries as the main feature. Velvety and elegant tannins, followed by a long and complex aftertaste make this wine stand out when paired with braised meats and well-aged cheeses.

Cauru Etna Rosso has a dark red color and is produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It is fragrant with dominant aromas of raspberry, cherries, violets, dates, cedar notes and flowers on the nose. In the mouth it has a medium body with firm tannins and the palate shows volcanic freshness with cherry jam, citrus and pomegranate. The aftertaste is long and lively gathering the energy of Etna. Enjoy it with grilled tuna, roast duck or turkey as well as vegetarian dishes based on wild mushrooms, aubergines or medium-aged cheeses.

Scalunera is a dark red wine produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It displays a rare aromatic profile, a blend of ripe, dry and pleasantly bitter sensations of red berries, cherries, yellow fruits, sandalwood, mushrooms and citrus aromas such as lemon peel. Tastewise, it has a medium body with firm tannins. This is an elegant wine that can easily be enjoyed on its own or paired with a huge variety of food such as braised, fatty fish, pork, lamb, cheese and vegetables such as aubergines and red peppers.

Varvaglione Malvasia Bianca wine has a white gold color with straw yellow highlights and an intense, aromatic and beautiful nose. Aromas of mango, rose petals, honey, pear and a herbalism reminiscent of honeysuckle characterize it. The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh vibrancy and balance. It is a structured, harmonious, complex and pleasant wine with a delicate taste. Excellent with delicate fish, shellfish and cheese. Pair it with Asian cuisine, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, sweet and sour pork, vegetable dishes and ravioli with herbs and parmesan.

Ruby red color with intense purple hints, ripe aromas and taste, bouquet of red fruits. This is Varvaglione Negroamaro. In the mouth, the medium body and persistent vanilla notes enhance its velvety and soft taste giving a balanced and delicious aftertaste. Accompany it fearlessly and put it on your table with fresh cheese, pasta with red sauce or braised meat, pizza and salads.

Varvaglione Primitivo is a truly elegant red wine with intense fruity aromas of ripe plums, dark chocolate and cherry jam. It is slightly aromatic in the mouth with a finish of vanilla and cocoa offering a juicy, smooth and full of ripe tannins on the palate. Ideal wine to combine with all kinds of meat dishes such as grilled veal steaks but also lamb or goat meat in the oven. Enjoy it with aged cheese, pasta with red sauces and pepperoni pizza.
