    "Thalassitis" wine is produced from the traditional variety of Santorini, Assyrtiko. The soil of Santorini, the variety and the special winemaking process, create a wine with a long duration and intensity. Intense aromas and flavors of fruit and honey are what can be felt from the first sip. From 2014 to 2018 he has won several awards and distinctions in important competitions.
