Gaia Vinsanto By Gaia has an amber color, bordering on brown, with some greenish reflections, an indication of the long aging of the wine. Not completely clear since the wine was bottled unfiltered so as not to lose a trace of aromas and taste. Typical Vinsanto on the nose, with restrained volatiles that contribute to the complexity of the wine's aromas and dried fruits dipped in honey, orange peels and smoke. Richly sweet in the mouth, with lively acidity that keeps it balanced and with volume in the mouth. Sorghum aromas, honey, bitter chocolate and herbal hints in the mouth, with a persistent evolving aftertaste.
