Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry opulence with tannins and rich body invites pairing with rich white dishes such as baked lamb, Cretan chicken and butter pilaf and beef carpaccio with truffle oil. The Garalis Family was first a viticulturalist and then a winemaker. The families of origin of both Manolis Garalis and that of his wife, Maria Markakis cultivated the land and the vineyard of Lemnos for over a century. In the center of the largest viticultural zone of the island of Lemnos is the privately owned winery which has been operating since 2007. In the rural area of Kourouni of Agios Dimitrios Lemnos, the winery Garali is located, where they make and bottle with great dedication and passion excellent quality wines from organic grapes.
