GlenDronach 10 Year Old Forgue comes to us from Scotland and the GlenDronach Distillery, founded in 1826 by James Allardice and located in Forgue, Aberdeenshire. This particular label was released in 2018 and comes to us without going through the filtration process, after first maturing for 10 years in ex-oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels, acquiring its special characteristics.

The aromas of GlenDronach 10 Year Old Forgue are rich and complex. Dried fruits, caramel, almonds and butter will prevail in the smell, accompanied by notes of vanilla, honey, brown sugar, apple and coffee. The taste will be dominated by vanilla, raisins, apricots and orange, accompanied by notes of red wine, tobacco and spicy spices, leading us to a long aftertaste, with Raspberry, cinnamon and ginger to keep us busy for a while.
