Glenrothes Maker's Cut comes from Scotland and the Glenrothes Distillery, which was founded in 1878 by four partners. Obstacles and changes of ownership followed the company like a curse until 1963, when it began to take over and until 1989 it supplied Cutty Sark and Famous Grouse. The company rose to prominence again in 1999 due to a grant it also received from its people, who had brilliant ideas.

The red label on the bottle reflects the color of the grapes just before they start to ripen. Aromas of orange, dried fruit and cinnamon are the ones that stand out directly, with notes of sherry and spices to accompany them. In the taste of Glenrothes Maker's Cut sherry, brown sugar and macademia nuts will dominate, accompanied by notes of red wine, chocolate and spices, leading us to an aftertaste of dried fruit and chocolate, with the spices finally starring in the slightly spicy feeling.
