    Goldschlager Cinnamon is produced in Switzerland but comes from Italy. A few years after its introduction as a beverage, the amount of gold had to be reduced due to people with allergic reactions to it. This liqueur got its name from the German word meaning "gold beater".

    Crystalline, small flakes of gold leaf can be seen on the face while the aromas it produces are characterized as bittersweet due to its cinnamon content. Goldschlager Cinnamon taste is basically sweet but with spicy notes which create a great aftertaste reminiscent of black pepper and cinnamon.
