Grand Marnier Rouge, is the authentic Grand Marnier liqueur created in 1880 by Louis Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle. Originally created to be served exclusively at the events of Edward VII and Emperor Franz Joseph, it soon became the Russian Courtyard's favorite liqueur.

Unlike other liqueurs, Grand Marnier Rouge contains 51% brandy, and is aged for 3 to 5 years. The liqueur has matured in large oak tanks before bottling in order to harmoniously homogenize its flavors and aromas. It is also interesting that it has a lower sugar content than other liqueurs in its category. Clear shade with golden highlights, notes of orange, dried fruit, violet, elm and vanilla make up its taste elements. The finish is considered quite spicy, reminiscent of black pepper and making the taste even richer.
