Highland Park Svein is another label from The Warrior Series, named after Svein, the legendary leader of the Vikings. It comes to us from the Orkney Islands and the Highland Park distillery, which was founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson. It is the northernmost distillery in the world and one of the few that uses traditional, handmade malting threshing floors to make its spirits.

Highland Park Svein matures in ex-sherry American oak barrels, thus acquiring its special characteristics. Aromas of tobacco, orange, vanilla and caramel are the ones that prevail, with strong notes of spices and fruits to accompany them. In the taste of Highland Park Svein the ripe oranges, fresh pineapple and tobacco will dominate, accompanied by notes of Creme Brulee and spices, leading us to a long aftertaste, full of coffee, dark chocolate and spices to occupy our palate for a while.
