    This whole process resulted in a wonderful ruby red color. The aromas of Hyde No.5 The Aras Cask are reminiscent of spices, red fruits, vanilla and oak, while its taste recalls a creamy walnut palette with notes of sweet cream, apple, red berries and orange. It has a nice long, satisfying finish giving a silky combination at the end of every sip.
