Daniel E. Williams later became the owner of the distillery and added his initials to the company name. It was Desmond E. Williams' grandson who had his grandfather's innovative mind and led the company to international success.

Irish Mist Honey Whiskey Liqueur is based on a recipe that has been around for over 1000 years. It consists of Tullamore whiskey, herbs, spices and honey. It won a silver medal in the Irish Whiskey-Blended category at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2014 as well as a double gold medal at the World Distillery Championships in San Francisco in 2008.
