Roasted almonds, cereals and oak dominate the aromas of Knob Creek Small Batch, accompanied by strong notes of vanilla and caramel. Its flavor is full of dark chocolate and spicy spices which will dominate, accompanied by strong notes of vanilla. Vanilla will also dominate the aftertaste, giving us a slightly spicy aftertaste that will occupy our pallate for quite long.
