Ktima Akrani Dry Rose uses three known varieties that will go through the distillation process, and then will stay with their wine sludge in stainless steel tanks, for 2-3 months so that they mature, with batonnage magazines.

The result is an amazing rose, dry wine, able to perfectly accompany tuna tartare, lobster pasta, shrimp risotto and even Sushi. The ideal serving temperature is 11-12°C, while for anyone who has patience the Ktima Akrani Dry Rose can age for another 3 years.
