Ktima Akrani Dry White comes to us from Kos and is a varied composition of Athiri and Assyrtiko. The management and development of the ecosystem is based exclusively on the principles of Organic Agriculture, while the property is under the status of certification process. The harvest of all varieties will take place on August 4, except for Moschato Alexandria which matures later.

The carefully selected varieties that compose Ktima Akrani Dry White will go through the distillation process and then will be placed in stainless steel tanks for 2-3 months, in light wine sludges, where the "batonnage" technique will be needed.

Alcoholic grade 13.1% with the possibility of aging for up to 2 years makes Ktima Akrani Dry White a very tasty and enjoyable white, dry wine. Ideal serving temperature at 9-10°C, while it accompanies excellent savory vegetable tarts, pasta and green pies.
