Herbs from all over the island, which they collect and cultivate in their garden, are the main ingredients of Lussa Gin, while what they can not find or cultivate they buy from trusted suppliers.

    Aromas of orange and lemon peel are the ones we immediately found in Lussa Gin, accompanied by notes of herbs, cookies and spices. The taste is dominated by mint, grass and spices, accompanied by notes of herbs and especially juniper, leading us to a long aftertaste with flowers dominating at first and then juniper and spices predominating, occupying the palate for quite long and leaving us a slightly spicy feeling.
