    Matusalem 7 Year Old is a rum originating in the Dominican Republic. It is produced based on the innovative "solera" aging method and matures for 7 years before bottling. It has a golden yellow color with light amber shades and is considered quite rich on the nose, reminiscent of notes of brown sugar and caramel.

    More specifically, Matusalem 7 Year Old, contains aromas and flavors of sweet spices and nuts, with the barrel giving it soft notes of wood. All this will give it a rather sweet and slightly spicy finish, due to its spices. Matusalem 7 Year Old can be consumed plain with ice, but is considered ideal for making various cocktails.
