Metaxa 5* has deep honey with a slightly smoky aroma and balanced with notes of honey, fruit, light oak and rose blossoms. Its taste is velvety, soft and fruity, enriched with various spices, while its aftertaste is light and long lasting with wood and spices predominating. A harmonious marriage of aged wine spirits that mature in oak barrels for at least 5 years, before being flavored with a mixture of herbs.
