It is produced by discontinuous distillation using Far Eastern ingredients, along with juniper and other traditional London dry gin herbs. Carefully tasting the flavor profile of over 50 herbs, Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezawa will choose to combine 3 traditional, European herbs and 5 authentic Japanese herbs, creating the 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin.
