The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.

Pinot Noir Royale is the royal introduction to the estate's Pinots. Aromas of red fruits such as sour cherry, notes of smoke as well as the 18 months of aging in barriques barrels (1/3 new) give it velvety tannins, depth of flavor and a wonderful silky elegance. For those who like good Pinots from Burgundy but don't like their prices, this Pinot from the Von Winning estate is ideal. Enjoy it with tuna, grilled or boiled meats with dark sauces and classics with Beef Bourguignon.

Wild Turkey Longbranch 86 Proof is a bourbon inspired by the areas of Kentucky and Texas.

The Woodford Reserve, this classic, unique bourbon, has been created in the heart of Kentucky since 1812. A classic bourbon that should not be missing from your collection. It goes through the triple distillation process before entering the barrels, where it will stay for at least 6 years. Ideal for "old-fashion" cocktails, although we preferred it plain.

Zacapa Centenario Ambar 12 Solera is a rum originating in Guatemala, and is produced from spirits that take 4 to 12 years to mature. With the help of the "solera" system, the final result is obtained, which is a complex rum with a rich aroma and taste.

Joy Semi-Sparkling Rose Semi-Sweet will be created from the Mavrodafni variety and in fact from a selected vineyard, in the area of Salmeniko Aigio and at an altitude of 450 meters. All the grapes will stay in the refrigerator for 24 hours at a constant temperature of 10°C and then go through the necessary procedures before bottling. Cool foam in combination with fruity aromas and flavors make it suitable to accompany spicy appetizers or to enjoy it as an aperitif. Served ideally at 8-10°C.

The sparkling dry wine of Karamitrou Snob comes to our table from the area of Karditsa. The varieties that compose this sparkling wine are located in historic viticultural and wine-producing areas in the protected area of the Municipality of Plastira and is 3km away from Lake Plastira.

This is not a classic rose. It is a rose full of character that comes from the blend of red Agiorgitikos and white Malagouzia. It has a soft, light pomegranate color with lively aromas of small red fruits and subtle citrus notes. Its soft, sweet taste, short aftertaste and full but balanced body make it stand out immediately. Enjoy with fruit, cool fruit salads, soft cheeses, Chinese and Thai cuisine.

The composition of Begleri Sparkling Wine consists of the Begleri grape variety. Its color is golden with silver highlights and its fine bubbles give it a multidimensional and creamy aftertaste. Begleri Sparkling Wine is a rarely aromatic sparkling wine, with aromas of citrus fruits, mushrooms, honey, herbs and toasted bread. It has an explosive effect in the mouth and is ideal to take off your taste buds. It goes perfectly with seafood, shellfish, fatty fish ceviche, with fine mature cheeses and is ideally served cold at 9°C.

Nikolou Botanic Sparkling White Dry is a sparkling wine from the Savvatiano variety, whose early vintage gives juice rich in acids with low pH. After the necessary procedures for its production, the wine follows a second fermentation in the bottle with the classic method of production of sparkling wines and then it will mature in the bottles for 6 months.
