Without the addition of milk and with 87% pure cocoa beans, the Mozart Dark Chocolate manages to combine bitter, dark chocolate with vanilla bourbon and alcohol, offering a special taste. Cocoa, dark chocolate and chocolate mousse will dominate the aromas of Mozart Dark Chocolate, while the taste of dark chocolate and a note of smoke will occupy our palate, before leaving it with a long aftertaste of cocoa with espresso notes.
