A captivating wine with a wonderfully expressive nose, aromas of orange peel, quince jelly, dried apricot, frankincense, sage, mountain tea and flower potpourri. It gives our mouth an umami character with saltiness and intensity. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry opulence with tannins and rich body invites pairing with rich white dishes such as baked lamb, Cretan chicken and butter pilaf and beef carpaccio with truffle oil. Methymnaios Organic Orange Dry wine, comes from Lesvos and is produced from the well-known variety Hydiriotiko. The vinification of Methymnaios Organic Orange Dry is done without temperature control, unlike the other wines of this series. Due to this high temperature, its orange color also appears.

Icarus Red Dry is a distinctive wine with a complex and rich character that matures in French oak barrels for 1 year. Its color is intense ruby red and aromas of vanilla, tobacco and black pepper combine with red fruits to create a rich aromatic palette. Its flavors leave notes of berries, plums and red fruits, creating a velvety taste result that will amaze you!

Icarus Dry Rose is a unique dry wine that has not been processed. It is matured in a large capacity stainless steel tank and is produced from the well-known Fokiano variety. Icarus Dry Rose has an orange color, which together with its aromatic elements and light acidity, immediately make it stand out.

Litani White Dry is produced from the local grape variety of Ikaria, "begleri". It has a pale yellow color and is slightly cloudy. This is a dry wine with notes of white mushrooms, citrus and fruits such as grapefruit and musklemon, which is bottled unfiltered and raw.

Restrained and mystical on the nose, typical Kaferberg. Complex and well structured on the palate, with plenty of spice and intensity. Aromatically, it has good intensity and concentration, while in the mouth it is warm, elegant and spicy until the end. You can enjoy it now but it also has excellent aging potential.
