Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is aged in oak casks from the Country Cork region and by going through the triple distillation process, it managed to quickly become one of the favorite whiskeys in Irish pubs. It was first brewed in 1779 and only changed its name to Paddy in 1913 after the legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. Before that it had the catchy name "Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whisky".

Paddy Old Irish Whiskey has aromas reminiscent of flowers, grains and fruits. Its taste is sweet and reminiscent of caramel, vanilla and rosewater. Its finish is spicy and dry with some black pepper and hints of oak that make it unique from the first sip.
