Pantou Sauvignon Blanc White Dry will undergo a process of cold extraction and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, before remaining in its wine sludge for 4 months to mature. It will then be filtered and bottled.

Pantou Sauvignon Blanc White Dry has a crystalline, bright color, with rich aromas and flavors of peach and citrus to dominate, are its characteristics, which result in an intense and long aftertaste. It is ideally served at 10-12°C and it accompanies wonderful dishes with salmon, shrimp and shellfish.
