Master Distiller Alexander Gabriel of Plantation Rum and Jorge Luis Rodriguez, Master Distiller of Cartavio rum distillery, are the ones who will choose the best rum, aged for at least 11 years, Cartavio distillery and then transport them to France to mature for another 3 years in French oak barrels.
