Fruits and herbs are what we immediately singled out, in the complex and slightly smoky aromas of Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry, accompanied by notes of almond, baked banana and ripe pineapple.

The taste is dry, with fruits, flowers and rose water predominating, accompanied by strong notes of vanilla, apple, pear and coconut milk, thus leading us to a long and persistent aftertaste with apples, vanilla and spices to prevail and occupy our palate for quite long.
