The different origins of the grapes give Memoro Bianco its balanced taste. Viognier with all its warmth, linked to the region brings the wonderful structure. Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.
