Balance and elegance, in a powerful and complex style. This is Memoro Alta Vendemmia, a wine created to include the best Italian vines. Only the best grapes of the harvest can be used. In this particular wine 4 varieties Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola, from 4 production areas: Tuscany, Basilicata, Veneto and Sicily. Each variety receives separate vinification, to fully express the potential and character of the grapes.

The different origins of the grapes give Memoro Bianco its balanced taste. Viognier with all its warmth, linked to the region brings the wonderful structure. Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.

Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.

More specifically, it leaves subtle aromas of strawberries, blackberries and berries, supported by an enchanting floral scent. Every sip is fresh and harmonious. Beautiful intense ruby red. The bouquet is complex, aromas of black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and mushroom. Followed by mineral notes, wet earth, licorice, vanilla, as well as botanical notes of thyme and laurel. In the mouth it is medium to full bodied with elegant tannins. Juicy due to the acidity with a nice and long aftertaste. Perfect to accompany main meat dishes, it is excellent in combination with pork chops.

In Pithari Red Dry, aromas of cherry, white pepper and tannins are noticeable. It has a high alcohol content and a rich, vibrant taste. It has not undergone special treatments and interventions except for minimal sulphurization during its bottling. It goes well with spicy cheeses, red meats and grilled fish.

Produced from Nebbiolo in vineyards with an altitude of 250m and south and south-west exposure. After fermentation, Barbaresco continues its journey in Slavonic oak barrels, where it ages for two years.
