Siflogo Mavropatrino Natural is a wonderful rose wine, which comes to us from the beautiful Lefkada and the winery Siflogo. The winery was founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, with love and respect for the traditional methods of cultivation and winemaking, but also the indigenous varieties of the island. This label is produced from the Mavropatrino variety, which is probably the rarest in Lefkada, with the Syflogo winery being perhaps the only winery that cultivates and vinifies this variety.

This wine is made from organically grown Glera and Pinot Noir grapes and vinified using the Charmat method. Staffilo Prosecco Rose has a light powder-pink color with many fine bubbles that enhance its brightness. With the first sip, elegant floral aromas of rose petal, peony and fruits such as raspberry, lychee and papaya are noticeable. It is delicate on the palate, refined, fresh, crisp and balanced. Perfect as an aperitif but also suitable for the whole meal, especially with fresh salmon, crayfish and crabs. Ideal with tempura prawns and salad with fennel and orange.

It is named after the scepter of Bacchus which symbolizes prosperity, fertility and hedonism. This is a deep and bright rose wine with purple highlights, exciting and complex. It has aromas of red fruits such as cranberry, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, herbs such as anise and spices such as pepper and cinnamon. Gastronomic, juicy and salty mouth. Aging in terracotta amphorae helps with its structure and minerality. It accompanies grilled meats as well as fried dishes. It's challenging and definitely worth your try!

The term Scalunera, in Sicilian means ladder, and refers to the terraced vineyards located on the steep slopes of Mount Etna, which have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Harvesting is done manually. And it gives us wine with a salmon color, characteristic of Nerello Mascalese grapes. Expressive nose of small red fruits with subtle notes reminiscent of ripe peaches and passion fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with a medium body and a long mineral aftertaste. Versatile at the table, it accompanies seafood appetizers, tuna tartare, pasta such as amatriciana and light barbecue.

The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.

This wine is the rose version of the very successful 12 e mezzo series. It has a modern soft pale pink color, with violet highlights and aromas of fresh unripe red fruits meeting harmonious aromas of white flowers. On the palate, it comes alive with crisp acidity. Enjoy with appetizers, light dishes, fresh salmon, grilled shrimp and cheese.

The successful MOI series of wonderful everyday wines, in its rose version. Its color is salmon with purple notes and its aromas are delicate, fresh and pleasant reminiscent of cherry and pomegranate.
