The West Cork distillery was founded by three childhood friends in 2003 and today has an area of ??12 acres, exporting its production to more than 70 countries. This label is made from rum, which comes from 8 Caribbean islands and is mixed in the distillery in Ireland and then matured in barrels that previously contained Irish whiskey.

Behind the Goslings Black Seal Rum there is a story that begins in 1806 when William Gosling, a well-known merchant of wines and spirits, ended up after a storm in Bermuda instead of America. He met local people and then he started the production of Goslings Black Seal Rum.

Arehucas Anejo Reserva 12 Year Old comes from the Canary Islands and the distillery Fabrica de San Pedro, which was founded on August 9, 1884. For some years the factory operated as a sugar factory and later began to produce rum, as it had its own sugar canes. Arehucas Anejo Reserva 12 Year Old will mature for at least 12 years, before being bottled and come to our table to surprise us with its wonderful aromas.

Appleton Estate 12 Year Old is coming from Nassau of Jamaica. The suitable soil conditions and the ideal climate, contribute to the sugar canes that will be used, to have what they need from the nature. The water is extremely soft as the limestone rocks of the area help in this. Rums, after undergoing a very slow, traditional distillation method, will enter in American oak barrels and mature for at least 12 years.

Appleton Estate V/X is a blend consisting of 15 different rum and is a label that was introduced to us in 1987. It's named after the rum ripening years, which take at least 5 to 10 years to mature, in Jack Daniels barrels, from which it will get its spicy notes.

Appleton Estate Reserve Blend is probably the most respected rum in Jamaica, which is coming from the oldest distillery that is in continuous operation. It is created from 20 selected rums aged for an average of 6 years. These special and exceptional spirit give a delicious complexity to our glass.
