Staffilo BIO Pinot Grigio is an organic wine whose vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks together with the skins of the grapes, at a controlled temperature. It has a straw color and fruity aromas that leave notes of peach, apricot, tropical fruits and wild flowers. On the palate it is dry, full and velvety and its taste is pleasantly persistent. This wine is ideal with risotto, poultry and all kinds of dishes containing fish.

The name Staffilo is of Greek origin as is his owner. The grapes are grown near the Venetian coast, an area once chosen by the Doges as their personal wine cellar. The temperate air of the Venetian lagoon, the sea breeze from the northern Adriatic and the clay soil create a microclimate that enhances the organoleptic properties of the estate's wines.
