Kalkofen GG is located on the plateau above Deidesheim. 65 year old vines grow on sandstone and limestone. It ferments spontaneously in 500 liter oak barrels and matures in yeast for 1.5 years. It has aromas of clove and vanilla and is dense, smooth, creamy, hedonistic with a full body and extremely juicy on the palate. It is a wonderful and delicious wine that you will surely enjoy!

Von Winning Kirchenstuck is a high-quality German Riesling wine produced by Weingut von Winning, a renowned winery located in the Pfalz wine region in Germany. The Kirchenstuck vineyard is one of the most famous and historically significant vineyards in the region, with a long tradition of producing exceptional wines. The vines in the vineyard are grown on steep slopes that face south-southeast, allowing for optimal exposure to the sun and excellent ripening conditions for the grapes. The soil in the vineyard is composed of limestone, clay, and sandstone, which adds unique mineral complexity to the wine.

The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.

The Maushohle vineyard is sheltered in a large valley in Deidesheim with sandstone and limestone as the main ingredients in the soil. The 2021 Deidesheimer Maushohle Riesling is concentrated and cool due to the acidity. Juicy aromas of apple, stone fruit and fine spices and herbs. Von Winning Pechstein Riesling is a high-quality dry Riesling wine produced by the Von Winning winery, located in the Pfalz region of Germany. The wine is made from grapes grown on the Pechstein vineyard, which is situated on a steep, south-facing slope with a unique combination of soil types. The wine is classified as a Grosses Gewachs, which is the highest classification for dry wines in Germany.

The dragon is the estate's entry level wine, a dry Riesling fermented in stainless steel. The grapes come from the valley below Forst and Deidesheim.
