Glenfiddich Select Cask, is produced in a distillery, Glenfiddich, built from the ground up by William Grant. Glenfiddich means valley of the deer and honors this name with a deer's head engraved on each of its bottles.

Glengarry 12 Year Old comes from the Highlands of Scotland and specifically the distillery Loch Lomond. The Loch Lomond distillery has been producing whiskey since 1814 and based on its traditional recipes and methods, it offers us wonderful labels to this day. The spirits that will be used to create the Glengarry 12 Year Old will mature in 3 types of barrels, ex-bourbon, refill and re-charred.

The story of the distillery begins in 1820, when George Connell began illegally distilling his own whiskey on his farm near Killearn, North Glasgow. The Glenkinchie distillery was founded in 1837 and is one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries in Scotland. It is located near Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, and draws its water from the Lammermuir Hills. The distillery produces a range of single malt whiskies, including the Glenkinchie 12 years old, which is widely regarded as a classic expression of Lowland whisky.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old from Speyside and with at least 12 years of maturation in European and American barrels, could not be anything less than a wonderful sigle malt. The water from Jossie's Well helps the flavors mix and take on the character of Glenlivet. In 1822 it is said that King George IV on an official visit to Scotland asked to drink Glenlivet, leaving the world stunned, as it was then one of the many smuggled spirits in the Speyside area. Of course the owner of Glenlivet, George Smith, did not miss the opportunity to offer him and 2 years later get the permission to distill the whiskey.
