Garalis Muscat White Dry is created 100% by Muscat of Alexandria. Nostalgic aromas of lemon, rose, Turkish delight, powdered sugar and sweet citrus fruits. In the mouth the restrained acidity, the moderate alcohol and the well-structured body create a balanced wine. Finely aromatic and without overpowering, the wine is an example of the consistency and formality of Muscat of Alexandria. Garalis Muscat White Dry with its attractive sweet aromas and floral character is an ideal welcome wine, ideal to be served alone by the glass. Of course, it can go great with light dishes with sweet elements such as green salads with fruits, but also calm down sweet and sour dishes with its sweet aromas: curry chicken with spicy mango chutney, spring rolls with sweet and sour nuoc cham sauce or Vietnamese shrimp with glass noodles.

Garalis Salome is created 100% from the Moscato variety of Alexandria. The Muscat of Alexandria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Wonderful aromas reminiscent of sweet spoon grapes, creme brulee, blonde currant, rose petals, dried apricots, honey and honeycomb. In the mouth it is sweet and generous, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, full body and a long aftertaste. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. Garalis Salome will accompany wonderful fluffy cakes, brownies and chocolate souffles, as well as emmec, ravani and other syrupy sweets. This sunny Muscat of Alexandria also pairs beautifully with chocolate flavors such as a chocolate tart or a mosaic, contributing a honeyed allure. Also great next to our espresso, instead of a sweet spoon, grafting the sweetness of the wine with the pleasant, roasted bitterness of the coffee.

Garalis Terra Ambera Deep Skin White Dry is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas with intensity, richness and complexity. They are reminiscent of dried apricots, yellow-fleshed peach, loquat, quince, Portobello mushroom and blonde raisin. In the mouth we feel moderate acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, rich body and long aftertaste. A wine with character and concentration that will pleasantly surprise the friends of Muscat of Alexandria who love the orange expression of the variety. Garalis Terra Ambera Deep Skin White Dry goes perfectly with white meats. Both with everyday, comfort dishes such as lemon chicken with baked potatoes, fried pork with feta cheese and oregano or a crispy stir-fry chicken fillet, and with more festive recipes such as duck fillet with sweet potato puree and orange sauce or a wild boar terrine with Cognac.

Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry is created 100% by Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas of quince, lemon zest, dough, yeast, porcini mushroom and some herbs. In the mouth, the balanced, discreet acidity with the restrained alcohol, the full body, the dense structure and the long aftertaste are elements of balance and expressiveness. An earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish. Recipes such as baked fagri with onions and baby potatoes or grilled tuna fillet in orange sauce will pair nicely with the wine. Also ideal for vegetarian delights such as a Mediterranean vegetable tart or a ripe gruyere with sweet and sour citrus chutney.

Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. Clean nose, with attractive aromas of mastic, mint, machete, pine forest and green apple. The floral character of Muscat of Alexandria is more evident in the mouth, with accentuated acidity, medium body and excellent balance. A typical Retsina, with tensions, coolness and exuberance. Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos, with its attractive, cool pine aromas, will create a wonderful dialogue with almost any dish that contains botanicals and herbal elements. From the classic, lemony chickpeas with rosemary, the oven-roasted goat with thyme, the classic yalaji dolmades and the grilled fish with lemon, thyme and mint. Garalis Retsina Of Lemnos, with its thirst-quenching character, is an equally ideal wine to accompany fried cod.
